Whale’s Tale and Sankaty Light have become mainstays at some of New England’s best restaurants but this fall we have shipped a limited amount of some specialty creations that previously could only be found on draft on Nantucket. Indie, Grey Lady, Captain Swain’s Extra Stout, and Pumple Drumkin……just to name a few.
Most of the bars participating in our specialty draft program are in or
around Boston. Publick House in Brookline, Deep Ellum in Allston, Sunset
Grill in Allston, Bukowski’s in Cambridge, Red Bones in Somerville

Three brand new bars and a central drinking courtyard in the sun!!
The new facility is awesome and visitors are enjoying the fruits of Dean
and his crew's labor right now. Triple Eight Distillery was issued its certificate
of occupancy in mid May and drinkers have been cozying up to the 3 new bars
for the last few weeks. New bathrooms are a huge improvement over the porto
potties and the crushed stone makes for great bocce ball.
Even with all this investment and new construction the brewery has maintained
it's earthy, authentic, down home feel. Final touches to landscaping and
finish work are ongoing as well as an area towards the back of the property
for a tent for medium/large scale events.
Whale's Tale and 888 in Fenway Park!!
Whale's Tale Pale Ale and Triple Eight Vodka are proudly being served in the EMC club area of Fenway Park.
They are featuring all four vodkas, especially that great Nantucket Cranberry vodka!
These local brands have been well received since opening-day and management is considering putting Whale's Tale in the new State Street Pavilion area on levels 4 and 5, so next time you are at Fenway be sure to ask for "Whale's Tale Pale Ale", even if you are in the Bud Light line!!

The Boston Pheonix
This year's signature cocktail will be Nantucket Tea,
a new creation that is sweeping the island this summer. Start with equal parts Triple Eight Vodka and Triple Eight Orange, fill with Nantucket Nectars Lemonade, a splash of cranberry juice and float a dash of Hurricane Rum. The result is an irresistible cocktail with a Nantucket Red hue and a wonderfully refreshing flavor.
Triple Eight Vodka was recently made available in Las Vegas.
It is on the drink list at the RIO, but you should ask for it all over sin city!!
Triple Eight Orange was the highest rated Orange flavored vodka in the world in the 2004 World Spirit Championships!! The World Spirit Championships are conducted by the Beverage Tasting Institute and are held in Chicago each year.
Cisco Brewers releases their first light beer
Sankaty Light is a brand new American Golden Ale. This delicious creation is light-bodied with tremendous balance and distinct hop character. At 3.8% alcohol and 128 calories this light beer has true flavor and body while being easy to drink and easier on the waistline.
It is named after the famous lighthouse that has stood on a bluff on the south eastern side of Nantucket Island since 1849. Perched precariously 88 feet above the raging Atlantic Ocean , Sankaty Head Light is in danger of falling prey to beach erosion. The lighthouse is the most powerful in New England .
Scheduled to hit store shelves later this month the distinctive Nantucket Red 4/packs should stand handsomely next to its blue Whale's Tale Pale Ale sibling. Look for it both on Nantucket and at stores throughout MA, CT, RI and NY. With a suggested retail price of $7.99 this golden ale is great to grab for that summer BBQ we are all looking forward to....
New Wine Labels
Nantucket Vineyards has always strived to make the best wine possible and now the packaging emulates that goal. The new labels depict images of Nantucket, from Hummock Pond to Surfside Beach. These labels will remind you of the spots that make Nantucket such a beautiful place to visit.
New Vanilla Vodka

Triple Eight Vanilla was released this spring on island and has now reached Boston.
With a small release exclusively to restaurants, this great new creation is receiving rave reviews and getting 8-balls on the back bar at more and more high end establishments.
The distillery drops two vanilla beans right into the bottle; one bean is from New Guinea, and the other from Madagascar. This natural approach yields a delicious result with unbelievable vanilla flavors and aromas.
